Shipping

Spain — Free shipping, always. No minimum. 1-5 business days.

Europe (including the United Kingdom) — Orders up to €100 → €7. Orders over €100 → Free shipping. 3-7 business days.

United States & Canada — Up to 0.5 kg → €9.99. Over 0.5 kg → €14.99. Orders over €100 → Free shipping. 7-15 business days.

Australia & New Zealand — Up to 0.5 kg → €12.99. Over 0.5 kg → €17.99. Orders over €140 → Free shipping. 10-15 business days.

Rest of the world — Up to 0.5 kg → €15.99. Over 0.5 kg → €24.99. Orders over €200 → Free shipping. 10-15 business days.

All orders ship from Barcelona, Spain, with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and do not include customs clearance.

Customs and import duties

United States — we pay them. Import duty and taxes on orders shipped to the United States are covered by us. There is nothing to pay on arrival.

Everywhere else outside the European Union, import duty, taxes and clearance fees charged at the destination are paid by the customer on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Orders within the European Union have no customs charges.

Returns

If you are in the EU you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. You pay the cost of return shipping; we refund the price of the piece and the standard delivery cost.

Separately, if a piece does not match its description or photographs, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we pay the return shipping and refund you in full.
