Spain — Free shipping, always. No minimum. 1-5 business days.

Europe (including the United Kingdom) — Orders up to €100 → €7. Orders over €100 → Free shipping. 3-7 business days.

United States & Canada — Up to 0.5 kg → €9.99. Over 0.5 kg → €14.99. Orders over €100 → Free shipping. 7-15 business days.

Australia & New Zealand — Up to 0.5 kg → €12.99. Over 0.5 kg → €17.99. Orders over €140 → Free shipping. 10-15 business days.

Rest of the world — Up to 0.5 kg → €15.99. Over 0.5 kg → €24.99. Orders over €200 → Free shipping. 10-15 business days.

All orders ship from Barcelona, Spain, with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and do not include customs clearance.

Customs and import duties

All customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged at the destination are borne by the customer. These are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Returns

We only accept returns if the item received does not match the description or the images provided.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order.

Please carefully review all photos and the product description before purchasing.

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
