Right to cancel (EU customers)

You have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods. To exercise it, tell us your decision by email at 16.88studiocontact@gmail.com before the period expires. A clear statement is enough.

If you cancel, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the same payment method you used, at no extra charge.

You send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of return shipping. You are liable only for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Items not as described

Separately from the above, if the piece you receive does not match its description or photographs, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we pay the return shipping and refund you in full.

Condition of used goods

Every piece sold here is secondhand and is described and photographed as it is. Signs of wear stated in the listing are not a defect and are not grounds for an «item not as described» claim.

How to return an item

Email 16.88studiocontact@gmail.com with your order number.
We reply within 2 working days with the return address.
Send the piece back in its original condition, with any box, pouch or tags it came with.
We refund within 14 days of receiving it.
